Niamh is a psychotherapist who supports clients living with migraine, headache and chronic pain. Working one-to-one with adults, she helps people understand the neuroscience of pain and address the emotional impact of living with chronic conditions.
Niamh works in an integrative, evidence-based way, combining psychological approaches alongside developing nervous system regulation and awareness of sensation in the body. Her work is grounded in the biopsychosocial model of pain, which recognises that emotional, psychological, and nervous system factors influence how pain is experienced.

She also holds a Professional Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit School. Her practice is neuroaffirmative and LGBTQIA+ allied.
